Return Goods Authorization (RGA)

Pleas read the following Return Goods Authorization (RGA) information carefully in order to ensure that your return is processed correctly.

GENERAL RETURNS

Please provide us with your shipping information and billing information. You must also state your reason for the return:

  • Wrong Part
  • Do Not Need
  • Mis-Shipment

 

*A 15% restocking fee and shipping charge may apply.

**General returns will only be accepted within 14 days of delivery.

 

WARRANTY RETURNS

Please provide us with your shipping information and billing information. You must also state your reason for the return:

  • Does Not Fit
  • Defective
  • Other (explain)

 

*Warranty returns will only be considered based on the Hurricane Automotive/Manufacturers warranty policy.

**Warranty returns will only be accepted within the warranty time period (as explained on our warranty page).

 

Customers must also include:

  • Mileage on vehicle at time of original converter purchase (This should be documented on the warranty card that came with the converter) 
  • Diagnostic invoice showing what was done to vehicle at time of original converter installation
  • Diagnostic report showing what was done to identify the need for a new converter
  • Mileage on vehicle at time of warranty request
